In a private session, it is specifically designed with your needs in mind. Including a complete assessment, it is beneficial if you are an athlete, or if you have never exercised before. If you have specific injuries or challenges, more time will be spent on those areas. The tempo, intensity, tools, and variation of exercises and/ or poses will be solely based on what is right for you. You will gain confidence, specific movements to work on during the week, and personalized feedback for optimal improvement.
