Virtual Classes

Live classes on Zoom. These 45-minute sessions are designed to build strength, improve balance, and increase flexibility – all from the comfort of home.

SHINE Yoga

A mindful strength and mobility class focused on balance, flexibility, and core stability. This Hatha-based practice blends alignment and gentle flow to build strength while improving mobility and body awareness.

Equipment: Mat or non-skid surface. Blocks and strap optional.
Length: 45 minutes.

SilverSneakers Classic (First Light Strength and Range of Motion)

A low-impact strength and mobility class designed to support everyday movement, improve muscle tone, balance, and range of motion in a safe, supportive format.

Equipment: Light hand weights (or household alternatives), sturdy chair. Resistance band and weightless ball optional.
Length: 45 minutes

SilverSneakers Circuit with a Twist 

 

A standing class that alternates upper-body strength training with low-impact cardio, including fun line-dance-inspired movement. Classes are designed to improve endurance, coordination, and overall fitness.

Equipment: Hand weights (or household alternatives) and a sturdy chair. Resistance band and weightless ball are optional.
Length: 45 minutes

In-Person Classes

I teach in-person classes at Flow Pilates & Yoga Center on Monday and Wednesday evenings.
