If you have specific injuries or challenges, more time will be spent on those areas.

The tempo, intensity, tools, variation of poses, will be solely based on what is right for you.

You will gain confidence, specific movements to work on during the week, and personalized feedback for optimal improvement.

45 minutes of instruction customized to your body, your needs, and your goals.

What do I need?

  1. A yoga mat
  2. Water
  3. A good internet connection
  4. A web camera, working audio, and built-in microphone
  5. Anything else that makes your practice more enjoyable (blocks, bolsters, straps, etc.)

  • Diving into postures, whether you need special attention to master a challenging pose like headstand or perfect form in a fundamental pose
