Sorry Vegans and Vegetarians, this one is not for you….

Peel and devein 2-lbs of medium to large shrimp.  Pat dry.  Preheat grill.  (Can also cook in a large skillet or in a heated 375 oven.

Put shrimp in a mixing bowl.
Drizzle 2 teaspoons of olive oil over shrimp.
Season shrimp with no-salt seasoning, parsley, basil, lemon pepper, paprika.
Align cookie sheet with aluminum foil.
Spread seasoned shrimp onto aluminum foil.
Put foil and shrimp onto a hot grill.
Turn shrimp after 3 or 4 minutes.
Grill another 3 minutes or until opaque with bright red tails.  They will no longer look grey and translucent.  Do not overcook.

If you are cooking stovetop, make sure the pan is hot.  You may have to cook in batches.  Do not overcrowd the pan.

Makes approximately 8 servings.
