I was listening to a program recently, and was reminded of one of the biggest lessons I’ve learned in my life to date.
It has helped to strengthen the most important relationships in my life. I believe it could change the world!

Whenever you are communicating, if it is all about you, you never learn about the other person.

When you feel justified, totally right, annoyed, frustrated, what the other person is saying is stupid, or that they are being a jerk;  that’s when the hard work begins!
