Strength and balance are important in everyday life. This virtual class will help you improve your ability to feel strong and stable. Strength exercises may include lifting handheld weights, stretching resistance bands, and using your own body’s resistance while also using your core muscles to improve balance, stability, coordination, and agility.

    Dear Shannon,
    As I reflect back on the last couple of years and plan on moving forward during these times of uncertainty, it has undoubtedly been a time of fast change. More so than ever we are called to be flexible, helpful, and go beyond expectations. You have done that for me, not being able to work out at the center was hard but you made it easy via Zoom. You have taken me to the next level! I am thrilled with the varied routines you are constantly giving the group. Thanks for keeping me interested and motivated, and I love the improvement in my body and the ability to be stable on my feet. I look forward to attaining new heights together. Thank you for taking me on this journey.
