Some days you just don’t feel like it!  You have made a commitment to be nice, to smile more, to not complain, to get to work on time, to exercise, to eat healthier, to quit smoking, to quit lying, to begin writing that book, to enroll in school, to study, WHATEVER that “I don’t feel  like it” is – it is important to DO IT ANYWAY!!

I’m not talking about the occasional time you need to sit down somewhere and rest.  I don’t mean that you get it right every time.  However, we cannot use that as a mantra.   You made a promise to yourself that you keep breaking.  How do you feel when someone makes a promise to you then breaks it?  Disappointed?  Hurt?  Neglected? Not important?  Or worse; not surprised, because you expected to be disappointed anyway?  Ok, hold on…    Subconsciously, what do you think is happening when you break promises to yourself?  Could you be self-sabotaging?  Could you be getting in the way of your own hopes and dreams?

The break-through happens when you don’t feel like it and you do it anyway!!  That is the difference between those who succeed and those who don’t.  It is the consistent effort that makes all of the difference.  It’s a marathon, not a sprint y’all.

You have greatness inside of you!  I believe in you!!
