Although I recorded this clip in May, this challenge is perfect for any time of the year.  If this is not a good option for you to safely try, don’t do it!

While standing on one foot, put your sock and shoe on.  If you need to lean against something, do so but as little as possible.  If you are able, tie your shoe.  BONUS:  Record yourself during the challenge and tag me so I can see the video.

Balance helps improve core strength and in this case, strengthens the stabilizing hip, knee, and ankle joints.
