The Challenge

Drink 1/2 your body weight in oz of water each day:

Divide how much you weigh by 2
That equals the amount of water in ounces you will drink each day for 30 days
Mark off a glass on the chart for every 8 oz you drink

i.e.  If you weigh 180lbs, 280 ÷ 2 =90. Therefore strive to drink 90oz of water per day. That is roughly 11 – 8oz glasses of water each day.  (90 oz ÷  8 = 11.25)
