This is a great healthy recipe for immune health and it tastes really good.  I have a juicer, but you can use a blender.  It is super easy.

Fresh juices are best to drink within 24 hours of making them.  Store in a tightly sealed container and refrigerate if you make extra or do not drink it right away.  I double the recipe because Kevin really likes it.

If you are not using a juicer, you will have to peel everything and cut it into slices.  Strain using a nut milk bag, or cheesecloth, which are washable, you can even use your coffee filters.

4 large carrots (about 1 pound)
4 naval oranges
2 lemon
2 1-inch pieces of fresh ginger
1/2 tsp cayenne (or more to taste)
