  2. Read scripture daily – not your thing? Ok.
  3. 80-oz of water daily min
  4. No meat
  5. No pasta, bread, rice
  6. Workout 3-days minimum
  7. No alcohol
  8. At least once a day close your eyes & visualize one thing you would like to achieve
