Instructions:
1) Stand tall with one foot slightly off the floor.
2) Slowly lower your body into a squat position on the standing foot, chest lifted, shoulders down
3) Press through the heel to come back up.
4) keeping your back neutral/flat and the other foot off the floor.
5) Complete all on one side, then the other.
