As part of Children’s Mental Health Awareness Week, I share insights on how overstimulation, poor diet, and disconnection are affecting our youth—and how these patterns often carry into adulthood. I also highlight World Red Cross Day and National Nurses Week, honoring those who serve with compassion in times of crisis.
