SHINE Yoga - Fresh Start classes are in light of our transition to the new normal following COVID-19. There is a limit to the number of the SHINE Family we can take per month. There is a minimum of 3-opportunities per week. Classes are for beginner and intermediate yoga practitioners. Classes are 45-50 sessions designed to give you a total body yoga flow for getting stronger, increasing flexibility, balance and greater serenity. Variations will be suggested throughout the class so you can choose the options that are best for you to be successful.
