If you’re craving something bold, satisfying, and plant-based, this smoky tofu wrap will hit the spot. Inspired by @dr.vegan (Instagram), this wrap layers flavor and texture in all the right ways—marinated tofu with a smoky kick, a tangy dairy-free yogurt sauce, and fresh crisp veggies wrapped in a whole grain tortilla.
It’s an easy meal prep option for lunch, a colorful addition to your dinner rotation, or a quick bite that makes healthy eating feel like a treat.
The best part? You don’t need a smoker to get that deep flavor—just a few pantry spices and a little time to marinate. And the yogurt sauce? Creamy, zesty, and versatile enough to drizzle on wraps, bowls, or salads.
