My Journey
I was not always healthy. There was a time when I focused-sometimes obsessed- over the things I could not control. With God’s grace, I learned to shift my focus inward and take responsibility for what I could control. Me. Even that remains a work in progress.
Now at 63, I am becoming healthier every year. Stronger. More grounded. More intentional. I value how I look and how I feel – but I care even more about honoring the body God entrusted to me. I understand what it means to rebuild. To restart. To choose better again and again.
That’s why I teach the way I do, not from perfection – from experience.

Wellness Coaching
As a NASM Certified Wellness Coach, I work with women 35+ navigating seasons of physical and emotional transition. Wellness coaching focuses on sustainable behavior change – helping you build realistic habits, strengthen accountability, and develop consistent routines that support long-term health.
Together, we address both physical and mental wellness – including strength preservation, metabolic awareness, stress patterns, and mindset shifts – in a way that feels grounded, practical, and sustainable.
Structured 1:1 coaching programs are available throughout the year based on capacity.
