To be healthy and whole we cannot harness hate.  We must realize that we are all one body.  Have you ever read Dr. Martin L. King Jr’s Letter from a Birmingham Jail?  I highly recommend reading it in its entirety at least once.  What he wrote from that prison cell is still relevant today.  Click here to view it.
