Our programs are for individuals who are ready for a change. Whether you want to lose 10 lbs, 100 lbs, or simply need more energy and stamina, we have the tools to help you succeed. Each program is customized to help you achieve your goals. We do this by taking careful assessments of what you are currently doing, what you like and dislike, your personal fitness factors like weight, height, age, body mass index, and your lifestyle. Each program requires a 3 month minimum commitment, because we believe this is an adequate length of time to see significant change using a healthy lifestyle formula. We do not believe in diets, and instead focus on healthy lifestyle changes. By offering healthier options, we teach you how to make healthier choices, provide education and support to help you to successfully achieve your goals. Each program includes weekly assessments and accountability by way of photos that you take and send to us weekly that will enable us to properly make adjustments when appropriate.
