17-minute High Intensity Interval Training
is one of the things I have been doing to burn energy and stay in peace.
It is a quick and can be adjusted to your level of fitness. (You can even do one from a chair if necessary!) Bringing your heart rate up using quick burst of energy creates a process that allows your body to continually burn calories hours after you have finished your workout!
1) Warm up – 3 min.
2) 30-sec Sprint, Jog, Speedwalk (highest intensity you can safely do)
3) 1-min Walk, Jog (low intensity)
